Welcome to Flowscreen. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use Flowscreen.

1. About Flowscreen

Flowscreen is a design inspiration platform that provides curated UI screenshots and screen flows from real mobile, web, and desktop applications. Our service is intended for designers, product managers, and developers seeking reference and inspiration for their own design work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Flowscreen. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@flowscreen.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of Flowscreen require a paid subscription. By subscribing you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of Flowscreen after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Flowscreen for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from Flowscreen without our prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of Flowscreen or its related systems.
• Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Flowscreen — including but not limited to UI screenshots, screen flows, visual design, logos, and text — is owned by or licensed to Flowscreen. Screenshots of third-party applications are displayed for reference and inspiration purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any content on the platform. You may use content accessed through Flowscreen solely for personal, non-commercial design reference purposes.

7. Third-Party Content

Flowscreen displays screenshots and flows from third-party applications. We do not claim ownership of those applications and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. All product names, logos, and brands remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flowscreen is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowscreen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Flowscreen in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe that your use of Flowscreen poses a risk to us or other users. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access Flowscreen ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Your continued use of Flowscreen after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
